Faulty Item:

If an item you have received is found to be faulty, please contact Meraki by email or phone. You will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (like you received them) using a trackable shipping method provided by us. Upon Meraki receiving the item, we will process your return in the form of a refund or store credit.

Damaged Item:

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us by email or phone. We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit to use to purchase whatever catches your eye.

Damaged and/or missing items must be brought to our attention within 14 days of you receiving your order.

All products are made using 100% pure organic ingredients, sourced locally or within New Zealand. All products are hand made by Jade, in small batches to make sure you are getting nothing but the best!
